Quality must be planned. At our company, all provisions are put down in writing, consistently implemented and systematically recorded. Recording is done by means of the Monthly Report (Scorecard). The QM manual and applicable accompanying documents act as a guarantee for this general requirement.

Quality control, directly responsible to the management, encompasses all measures ensuring the realization of manufacturing and planning data in development and production. Process instructions and operating procedures define the individual fields of duties.

Quality Management

PM-Automotive’s quality management system is certified according to the rules and standards of the DIN EN ISO 9001 (download as pdf) as well as ISO/TS 16949 (download as pdf) and ISO 14001 (download as pdf). The quality manual has a directive nature and addressed to all employees and customers of our company. At the same time, it serves as an external evidence of the QM system and as the basis for quality audits.

The international and national regulations, standards, laws and specific customer requirements apply to the preparation of all QM instructions. Due to their confidential nature, process instructions, operating procedures and inspection instructions are only presented for examination in the case of respective contractual provisions and at the management’s approval.

The Certifying Body will be promptly informed should serious deficiencies be found during the inspection of the QM system.
